Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 4 to 7 business days. Your total delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days, including handling and transit.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you have not received it, email us at contact@aurumdelondon.com.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped with care and free of charge, direct to your address.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@aurumdelondon.com within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation may no longer be possible as your order will already be in processing. You may then return the item after delivery.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, whether the fit was not right or you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label, so sending your item back is completely free. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return email. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Please email us at contact@aurumdelondon.com with your order number and we will put it right in line with our returns policy. Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
